Lottery
As a reward to encourage users to lock their $climb token within the Ascend ecosystem a lottery prize will be paid out every 45 days. Lottery winners will be selected at random, on chain, using Chain Link VRF. To qualify for this lottery, you must lock your $climb tokens for 30 days at minimum. Once you reach the 30 day mark you will receive lottery tickets for every X amount of $climb tokens that were locked. When the 45 day lottery period concludes, winners will be chosen to receive the prize in BUSD (see rewards below). If you have your token lock expire after the first lottery ends you are eligible for the second lottery, and so on. We will use part of our presale raises to juice the first 2 lotteries. A 1% tax from all buys and sells of the $climb token will fund the lottery along with unstaking fees. Volume will drive up the potential of the lottery reward.
A second way to earn lottery tickets is through daily interaction with our Dapp. Users can receive 1 lottery ticket for every 15 consecutive days they check in to the Dapp and connecting their wallet to the “check in” feature. You must connect your wallet to the Dapp to be eligible. Holding a minimum of 10 $climb tokens is required to qualify. Each user has the potential to earn 3 lottery tickets per lottery by interacting with the Dapp every day.
